The charge is made when you confirm and complete your purchase on the site.

We offer free standard delivery throughout Italy for orders over 99€. For smaller orders, shipping has a fixed cost of 8,00€. 

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Please note that we do not ship at weekends or on Italian public holidays.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately! If the order has not yet been processed or packed, we can try to cancel or change it. Once dispatch has started, we unfortunately cannot intervene.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email or SMSdepending on the option chosen at the time of checkout. We will also send you a tracking code to track your parcel.
